  • The content of enquiries and correspondence you send to us.
  • Information needed to deliver an engagement, such as the names and roles of client contacts.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, to agree and deliver consultancy services, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to keep the website secure and working well. Our lawful bases are usually performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the consultancy, legal obligation, or your consent where we ask for it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as email, hosting and accounting providers, and where we are required to do so by law. Providers act on our instructions under written terms.

Keeping information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet legal, tax and contractual requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
