This policy sets out the standards that apply when you use this website, or any system, tool or platform we provide as part of an engagement.
Permitted use
You may use our website and services for lawful business purposes, in line with these standards and any written agreement between us.
Prohibited use
- Breaking any applicable law, regulation or code of practice.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, networks or data, or probing, scanning or testing them without written permission.
- Introducing malware, or anything else designed to damage, disrupt or degrade our systems or those of our clients.
- Sending unsolicited marketing, phishing messages, or impersonating any person or organisation.
- Uploading or sharing material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory or infringes someone else's rights.
- Copying, scraping, mining or reselling site content or data beyond normal browsing, without our written consent.
- Using our tools or outputs, including any AI-assisted outputs, to make decisions that are unlawful, unsafe or discriminatory, or in ways that bypass agreed human oversight.
Content you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any material or data you give us, and for having the rights and permissions needed for us to use it for the agreed purpose.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend or withdraw access, remove content, and where appropriate report the matter to law enforcement or a regulator. Serious breaches may end an engagement.

Report misuse, security issues or suspected vulnerabilities to enquiries@cosmicquark.co.uk. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your first message.
